Who provides IGC
Investment Growth Calculator (“IGC”) is provided by Henry Berkin, trading as Mocha Designs. For privacy questions, email support@mochadesigns.co.uk.
Information used inside the app
IGC processes the values you enter to produce illustrative investment-growth projections. These may include a starting balance, contributions, assumed growth, inflation, fees, duration, contribution timing, an optional target and any scenario name you choose.
Calculation happens on your device. The iOS 1.0 app does not transmit these values to Mocha Designs or to a third party.
The app also stores limited local preferences for:
- your selected appearance;
- whether the introductory guidance has been dismissed; and
- scenarios you deliberately choose to save.
What the app does not include
The iOS 1.0 app has no:
- IGC account, sign-in or developer-operated cloud sync;
- analytics, advertising, tracking or remote configuration;
- financial-account connection, live market data or transaction service;
- payment or subscription functionality; or
- developer-operated crash reporting or support diagnostics.
Mocha Designs does not sell app data. Under this design, the app does not collect calculation, scenario or preference data because it does not send that information off your device.
Storage, deletion and backups
Saved scenarios and app-owned recovery material are held in the app’s private Application Support storage. Appearance and introductory-guidance choices are held in app preferences.
You can delete individual saved scenarios. Settings also provides a separately confirmed “Delete all app data” action that removes saved scenarios, app-owned recovery material and IGC preferences, then resets the app’s in-memory state. Uninstalling the app removes its local container from the device.
Normal device and system backups have their own lifecycle. Deleting app data on the device does not claim to remove an earlier backup managed by you, your device or Apple.
Support correspondence
If you email support, Mocha Designs receives the email address, message and any other information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, account numbers, financial statements or unredacted personal financial information.
Cloudflare routes support email and Google provides the destination mailbox. Support correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary records or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your support correspondence, subject to those requirements.
This website
Cloudflare hosts and protects these static information pages and therefore processes ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and secure them, such as an IP address, request time and browser information. Mocha Designs has not added advertising, behavioural tracking or analytics to these pages.
Changes and contact
If IGC’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be reviewed and updated before the affected release. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
